Charles Peterson III is the CEO and Founder of I Mean Everything (I.M.E.) LLC. Mr. Peterson is a native of Indianapolis, IN. After graduating from Cardinal Ritter High School Mr. Peterson then attended IUPUI. During his time spent on campus he began to build his community. Mr. Peterson is proud to have been an active member and  participant of Collegiate 100, the off spring chapter of the 100 Black Men of Indianapolis Inc. Earlier in the beginning of his career he began to embrace his skills set and talents through social services. Mr. Peterson was able to cultivate his passion for mentorship and coaching the youth here in Indianapolis. By 2019 Mr. Peterson had the privilege to be nominated, and selected as a member of The Journey Fellowship. This opportunity allowed Mr. Peterson to build more of his network, as well as a continuation of professional development. Mr. Peterson is honored to serve his community as a catalyst and through his dedication to the people he serves.

Sabriah Benson-Peterson is the Co-Founder and Director of Operations for I Mean Everything (I.M.E.) LLC. Mrs. Benson- Peterson is a native of Indianapolis, IN. Mrs. Benson- Peterson is a graduate of Herron High School. Shortly after graduating Sabriah became a youth mentor where she was recognized and rewarded for her efforts by the Marion County Commission of Youth, MCCOY Foundation. Making her debut on the campus of University of Southern Indiana Sabriah began to embrace her passion for people through acts of service. In 2018, Sabriah was selected to participant in the Public Allies apprenticeship program. During her apprenticeship she learned the significance of establishing Asset Based Communities and Development. She formed a strong foundation and network of leaders amongst her peers. Sabriah is committed to serving her community by embracing partnerships and establishing equity and inclusivity through her efforts.
